Many people have a misconception about losing weight; they assume that if the number on the scale goes down they are doing a good job.  In fact what needs to drop is the body fat, regardless of that figure on the scale.  Your weight loss could be due to dehydrating yourself, in other words losing water from your body, which could be due to excessive exercise.  Or it could be due to loss of muscle mass, because you are focusing on dieting while leading a sedentary life.  You need to transform your body in to a fat burning furnace.  To change your body you have to have a balanced diet. The food you eat should be easily broken down by your body. If it requires too much effort to break down, your body stores it as fat.  Your body has the natural ability to shed the fat, so use that ability and work with your body and not against it.  By eating a balanced diet of protein and carbohydrates and concentrating on nutritious food you can do just that.
